Bay Bridge views

An exhibit by photographer Joseph A. Blum showing various projects related to the Bay Bridge over the years has opened at City Hall and will be on display through Sept. 27. Blum — who spent two decades as a boilermaker, shipfitter and welder — has been shooting photos of the span since 1989. The exhibit includes 70 large-format photos. A new eastern span of the Bay Bridge is nearing completion and is scheduled to open later this year.
