Bay Area Council and Taiwan Tourism Bureau host event to encourage tourism and travel 

The Taiwan Tourism Bureau, alongside the Bay Area Council and AAA Travel's Sojourns Department, held an event Tuesday, June 3 at the Fisherman's Wharf cable car turnaround to encourage economic development through tourism and travel between the city of San Francisco and Taiwan. Volunteers handed out free cable car tickets while delegates from each group spoke about the expanded travel options and highlighted the economic development both destinations could benefit from through tourism.
