Charlie Sheen might have crowed via Twitter that “Two and a Half Men” will tank without him, but privately he’s said to be devastated the show is moving on with Ashton Kutcher in a new role.
“He is destroyed that Ashton is replacing him. Destroyed,” a source told Popeater, adding that “we are all worried that he hasn’t hit bottom yet and that this could make him spiral out of control again. Especially after all the other productions that he assumed would happen have fell apart.”
The troubled actor had been claiming he was in talks to return to the CBS hit, despite denials from production company Warner Bros. Was that just another of his egomaniacal delusions?
“He really thought that he would be invited back,” the insider said. “After years of suffering no consequences for his behavior, why would he think anything else? Finally it has sunk in that he doesn’t live by different rules to everyone else. Actions do have consequences.”
Sounds like Charlie’s loved ones are worried about just what those consequences might be.
Kelsey Grammer has filed for full custody of his two children with ex-wife Camille Grammer, and she isn’t happy about it.
“Kelsey is being insensitive to our children,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member told Radar Online.
The reality TV star has told pals her son and daughter want to remain living with her, TMZ reported. Insiders said Camille pronounced her now-remarried ex’s motion “another act of creepishness and chutzpah.”
And though she was previously open to sharing custody, Kelsey’s action has allegedly changed that. She is said to be determined to “fight like hell” to keep her kids “exactly where the children wish to be.”
The “Frasier” actor, who wed Kayte Walsh in February about a minute after he was legally free from Camille, was expecting a child with Kayte before his then-fiancee miscarried. Allegedly, Camille objects to the idea of Kelsey having sole custody of their kids when he “abandoned his family and fathered a child out of wedlock ... which speaks volumes about his parenting.”
Kelsey’s rep wouldn’t comment to Radar, saying, “The filing speaks for itself.”
Brad Pitt knows it’s a little unusual to juggle six kids with a Hollywood career, but he’s OK with it.
“I know it seems extreme from the outside, but I’ve always kind of operated this way,” the “Tree of Life” star told Associated Press reporters in Cannes, France. “When I know, I know, and why mess around?”
Brad also said he would like to reteam with baby-mama Angelina Jolie on screen, “because right now we’re hopscotching with films so one can be with the kids and one’s free to work. And why aren’t we doing them together? Why aren’t we doing everything together?”
Was it just us, or did it sound like he’s saying he wants them both to be free from the kids?
