Creepy Meaney apparently lived up to his name again this week.
Allan Wayne Meaney, a state-labeled “child predator” who was arrested last winter on charges that he exposed himself to a 6-year-old girl and her mother in a Christmas tree lot in Colma, has reportedly gotten himself into more trouble after posting the $100,000 bail in January.
On Tuesday, according to prosecutors, the 67-year-old sicko flagged down a 9-year-old girl wearing her school uniform in San Bruno and asked her several times whether she had a boyfriend. That happened after Meaney was reportedly caught loitering around five young children who were playing soccer in the driveway of an apartment complex.
The father of one of the children asked Meaney to leave and called police when Meaney returned and stuck around, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.
He was arrested and charged with two felony counts. His bail was set at $500,000 on Wednesday, Wagstaffe said, and he is scheduled to enter his plea April 19.
Meaney is also facing a jury trial in June for the Christmas tree lot exposure case.
In that case, Wagstaffe said, a mother and daughter who were perusing trees noticed Meaney standing a few feet away from them with his pants’ zipper open and his hand on his genitals. The mother screamed and grabbed Meaney, detaining him. Meaney broke free but reportedly crashed his vehicle while trying to get away.
Meaney has been labeled a “sexually violent predator” by the state following six prior convictions for sexual abuse of children.
