  • Taylor Swift brought her RED tour back to the New York market, playing a sold out show to more than 55,000 fans at MetLife Stadium on July 13, 2013 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

A Boston radio station had to pull the plug on its "Taylor Swift's Biggest Fan" contest when it was hijacked by Internet pranksters who made sure a creepy, hirsute 39-year-old dude named "Charles" won.

A 4chan user who said he was Charles' pal pleaded with the blogosphere to give his buddy a shot at winning the contest, explaining that he would just love to "sniff Taylor Swifts [sic] hair cuz he's into that," according to Gawker. Legions of miscreants heeded the call, unleashing spambots to elevate Chuck to the top of the voting list.

You might remember that 4chan was involved in another Swift prank that won the Horace Mann School for the Deaf a concert with the singer last year ... hehehe.
