Offense
After a sluggish start, the offense started clicking in the second quarter and it carried over to the second half. Receiver Michael Crabtree had a monster game, catching eight passes for a career-high 172 yards and two TDs. QB Colin Kaepernick was efficient, completing 16-of-28 passes 276 yards and a pair of scores. The running game managed 129 yards, but needed 37 attempts to do so.

Defense
The Cardinals came into the game with the worst offense in the NFL, but looked competent in the first quarter against the rugged Niners defense. San Francisco was able to get to Arizona QB Brian Hoyer for two sacks and an interception, but had problems containing receiver Michael Floyd who finished with 166 yards receiving.
Grade: B+

Special teams
The headache that is kicker David Akers continues. Akers missed his first two field goal tries Sunday, eliciting big-time boos from the crowd. He wound up making his final two attempts from 43 and 26 yards. Ted Ginn Jr. had a nice punt return of 28 yards.
Grade: C-
