Atlanta-based rapper 2 Chainz said in an interview with rap website Vlad TV that he fired his bodyguard after being robbed in San Francisco over the summer.

In the interview, the rapper says that all he lost was “a piece of ID” and that he has moved on.

2 Chainz was in San Francisco in June to perform at the KMEL Summer Jam. He initially denied reports of the robbery. Police at the time said his wallet containing cash and credit cards was stolen, but in the interview with Vlad TV he said he just lost his ID, which cost him only $5 to replace. “I don’t drive anyway,” he said.
